What's special about it?
It uses a combination of
NeuralNetworks and GeneticAlgorithems
?. The GA runs to evolve the
NeuralNetwork. So if I ever release the bot itself it will be using a
NeuralNetwork for everything. (The evolution won't happen during competition.)

NE is an acronym for Neural Evolution which is what NEBot uses.
