GPBots

Bots that were evolved from scratch by geep

These bots were developed following the principles of GeneticProgramming, and currently participate in the mini one-on-one RoboRumble tournaments.
At the momonet, two bots are available:
GPBotA has evolved within a single evolutionary run: fitness values were set according to its fractional scores gained in battles against some of the bots in the league.
GPBotB has evolved withing three evolutionary runs:

• At the first run, the radar system has evolved. Fitness value were set according to the radar refresh rate (radar hits per clock tick).
• At the second run, the movement system has evolved. Fitness values were set according to an individual's ability to dodge bullets, avoid walls and enemies.
• At the third run, aiming system has evolved. Firness values were set according to an individual's hit rate.

Both bots aren't much of a competition to PEZ's, rozu's or jam's (and all you other folks), but are the best GP-based bots that currently available ;)
