Goofy/SpinBotHunter

My entry into the SpinBotChallenge.

I'll upload the bot, source included, to the RobocodeRepository as soon as I'm done testing.

SpinBotHunter is solely useful against SpinBot.

To Do: Update his gun so he can still hit SpinBot when SpinBot is walking along the wall.
