The targeting method should have a name... How about PositionalTargeting?? -- PEZ

I think SituationalTargeting? is a more accurate name, or SituationalStatisticalTargeting? if you don't mind long names. -- Kawigi

Though all targeting is situational, even if this one seems to be able to capture it better than most. Still, I think a name that reflects the low granularity coordinate system used would be best. But since English is only my second language I don't find the words. -- PEZ
