Congratulations on becoming the best 'Dutch' bot. --GrubbmGait
Thank you! -- StefW
Shooting fullpower bullets at close range ( < 150 or so) should let you at least get even against rammers. I also noticed that Tigger does not always finish off a disabled opponent (it does not fire or ram), letting it miss some extra bonus points. --GrubbmGait
Oh no! I've been knocked from my #1 dutch one-on-one bot position (of course that was never really a #1, because I only wrote Locke's gun but not its movement). Anyway, congrats to you for coming up with such an outstanding robot out of the blue like that. I am curious about TileCoding?. Can you tell us a little bit more about that? BTW, where in Holland are you from? -- Vic
So now you tell me that, for a short period, I was the best genuine Dutch one-on-one bot? Now I can retire . . . ;-) --GrubbmGait
Tile coding works like a radial basis function neural network but it is much faster to train and calculate. You can find more information [here]. -- StefW
If you type 'Tile Coding' into Google, Tigger's RoboWiki page is the tenth result! Congratulations. ;) Feel like adding a proper TileCoding? page to the wiki? --Corbos
Tigger really is a strong bot. Checking it's PL ranking is seems that it is only lacking some 'bloodlust'. --GrubbmGait
I agree. Tigger knows how to beat almost everyone but is too polite to humiliate them. Teach him how to get over it. --Corbos
I am aware that it can beat most bots, now it just has to score more points. Although it only has about 1880 points, it is ranked 15 in the PL. -- StefW
I have to concur with GrubbmGait and Corbos, Tigger is a truly formidable bot. If you can deal with those weaker problem bots this should be a top level bot in no time. --wcsv
Tigger has entered the top 10 in the PL! -- StefW
