I tried out a new movement with Teancum 1.2, and I tweaked it into this for the MovementChallenge. I believe that many robots in the future will answer the question "How Competitive is it" by first stating its index on the MovementChallenge, and then its PMCIndex if it happens to be a pattern-matcher.
