1) calculating the eternal 1v1 results
This is a 1v1 competition with 10 rounds with battlefield size 800 x 600.
First the bot with the fewest battles is choosen. The 10 neighbour bots (5 bots up and 5 bots down) are choosen to complete the battle.
Competition is run on demand if there are any new update requests.
So thats your neighborhood, 5 bots up and 5 bots down.
