Chase Bullets

This is bullets fired with lower energy than the previous one. Since lower power means higher speed chase bullets can actually reach up to the previous (chased) bullet. CigaretBH uses this to try trick bots that use the speed of the enemy's bullets to guide their movement. -- PEZ
